Factories Auditing
  • We audit factories with before put them on our suppliers list.
  • We have set up our own codes of conduct when dealing with factories. They must comply with our code of conduct and sign our agreement.
  • Third party QC can be arranged upon requested by customer, such as QIMA
Products 3-Steps QC
Every order, we have our 3-steps QC procedure in system, after sample approved, our QC is on: Material arrives – decoration on first item – before good depatching
Compliance
We are Sedex Member, We ensure factories used manufacturing goods are under the Social Compliance Practice and should be within SEDEX standards or equivalent to an acceptable standard such as BSCI, SIO 9000:2000 etc…
Testing – internal , external
  • Internal tests are required (on those items which need to be tested before moving into next procedure in production)
  • External test: we use international testing companies such as SGS, Intel etc….
